SUMMER PREP DRYLAND TRAINING $85 (STAR 2 & UP)

Boost your performance with our dynamic off-ice program, designed to elevate every aspect of your skating. Featuring sport-specific training, power, strength & balance, flexibility, mobility, and more — this series is perfect for skaters looking to gain a competitive edge.

Mondays @ Kin Centre

  • May 25 (Sun), June 2, 9, 16, 23

  • 3:30–4:30 PM (Star 2–4)

  • 7:00–8:00 PM (Star 5+)

Wednesdays @ Northern Sports Centre

  • May 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25

  • 4:00–5:00 PM (Star 2+)

Keep Your Skills Sharp with Extension Ice!

Stay cool and stay skating with our once-a-week Extension Ice session — perfect for skaters who want to maintain their skills heading into summer. Whether you're preparing for the season ahead or just looking to beat the heat, this hour-long session offers a great opportunity to stay on the ice and stay in shape!

Pair it with our Summer Prep Dryland Training (separate registration) or come just to skate — it’s your call!

  • Lessons will be billed directly to parents.
  • All registered skaters will be added to the lesson rotation.
